Our goal is to make professional growth as seamless as possible:
The Investment: The agent pays for and successfully completes the course
The Process: Upon completion, simply provide the tuition receipt to your Office Manager
The Reimbursement: Tuition is reimbursed in four equal payments from your next four closings following course completion
The Cap: The program is capped at $800 per year
Custom Paths: If there is a specialized course you wish to take that is not on this list, you may submit it in advance for Broker approval.

How does the reimbursement process work?
Agent pays for and successfully completes the course. Upon completion, provide your tuition receipt to your Office Manager. Reimbursement is made in four equal payments from your next four closings following the course completion.
Who is eligible to participate?
The Scholarship Program is available to all Florida Executive Realty agents once they have completed at least one year of service with the company.
