These sessions are open to all Florida Executive Realty agents. Whether you are in your first year or your twentieth, the focus on increasing your per-hour income and refining your fiduciary skills is universally applicable.

What is the primary goal of the Ninja-based coaching? +

The goal is simple: Professional Freedom. We want our agents to be the most successful in the market, but not at the expense of their families or personal well-being. By focusing on efficiency and high-value activities, we help you build a business that supports your life, rather than consumes it.

Are these sessions recorded if I can't attend live? +

We strongly encourage live attendance to benefit from the peer-to-peer collaboration and "Deal Doctoring" that often occurs. However, we maintain a library of recordings within our Agent Resources Portal so you can stay current on these mastery topics at your own pace.
