Lease Eliminator Buy Out Program

Eligible buyers may qualify for financial assistance to offset early lease termination fees and help them move into their new home.This program is designed to help buyers who would like to move forward with purchasing a new construction home, but are currently committed to a residential lease. With our Lease Eliminator Program you wont have to wait for your lease to end before starting your New Home journey.

Program Qualifications & Restrictions
- Buyer has no representation agreement with any real estate company. 
- Buyer has no previous relationship with Florida Executive Realty. 
- Buyer is purchasing new construction home from a builder that is offering to compensate Florida Executive Realty at least 3% of the purchase price of the home. 
- Buyer signs a buyer representation agreement with Florida Executive Realty and Florida Executive Realty is put on the purchase contract for the new construction home to receive at least 3% of the purchase price in compensation from the builder. 
- Buyer must provide a copy of their current lease to Florida Executive Realty
- Florida Executive Realty will credit buyer from the real estate compensation at closing up to 1% of the purchase price towards buyer's closing costs for he elimination/termination of their current lease.
