Program Details & Restrictions
- Buyer has no representation agreement with any real estate company.
- Buyer has no previous relationship with Florida Executive Realty.
- Buyer is purchasing new construction home from a builder that is offering to compensate Florida Executive Realty at least 3% of the purchase price of the home.
- Buyer signs a buyer representation agreement with Florida Executive Realty and Florida Executive Realty is put on the purchase contract for the new construction home, with a "home to sell contingency", and to be compensated at least 3% of the purchase price from the builder.
If buyer owns a home locally and needs to sell that home in order to purchase:
- Buyer will sign a listing agreement with Florida Executive Realty to list their home for sale. Florida Executive Realty will list the home at a reduced listing side compensation of no less than 1.5% of the purchase price.
If buyer owns a home nationally or globally, and needs to sell that home in order to purchase:
- Florida Executive Realty will refer the buyers, via their relocation department, to a listing agent with one of the real estate companies in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. Buyer may choose to work with listing agent referred by Florida Executive Realty or may choose not to.
